We're Fernando Di Matteo and Valentin Kley, two entrepreneurs who have known each other since school. When the pandemic hit in 2020, we saw a gap: fast, reliable testing simply wasn't available for everyday people in Germany.

We were among the first to make antigen rapid tests accessible to private individuals. But that was just the beginning. Today, parahealth develops its own diagnostic products across multiple health categories. Our international team works every day to make professional-grade diagnostics accessible to everyone.

Since November 2025, parahealth operates under the umbrella of Bormann Bioscience LLC, a health sciences company dedicated to developing innovative solutions for everyday health challenges.

Bormann Bioscience unites multiple brands under one roof: parahealth for consumer diagnostics, DrinkCheck for beverage safety, HaseMed for medical supplies, and Dr. Weber for professional health products. Together, we combine deep expertise with the resources to bring better health products to a global audience.
