What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. Volume pricing starts at 20+ units and free shipping applies from €150.
Can I order on account (invoice)?
Yes, we offer payment on invoice for verified business customers. Payment terms: 14 days net. Register with your pharmacy license or clinic credentials.
How quickly do you ship?
Orders before 12:00 PM (CET) ship the same day. Standard: 1–3 days (DE), 3–5 days (AT, CH). Express available.
What about expiring products?
We guarantee minimum 6 months shelf life at delivery. Products with shorter shelf life are marked and sold at reduced prices.
Do you provide PZN numbers?
Yes. Most products have a registered PZN displayed on product pages and in our B2B catalog for pharmacy ordering systems.
